About the Role

You'll be assigned a portfolio of clients within our program. Your job is to support them through a messaging platform, answer their questions, and keep them engaged with their progress. This role is critical to client retention and satisfaction.

Monthly Salary

SDR - Social Media Appointment Setter
Location: Medellín, Colombia

Compensation & Details

Base Salary + Commission

$1,400 - $2,900 USD/month

COP Equivalent: $4,995,200 - $10,347,200 COP/month

Structure: Base salary + commission on appointments set. The $2,900 USD ceiling is achievable through strong performance and commission earnings. We pay based on experience and results.

  • Collect data from sales and marketing teams

Commission Structure: 2% of total deal value on appointments set. On $6,500-$15,000 packages, you can earn $130-$300 per appointment. High performers earn $5,000+ per month in commission.
